My local store doesn’t carry al fresco, what should I do?

If you don’t see your favorite flavor at your local grocery store, talk to the meat manager and ask them to order it. Thanks for your support.

Can al fresco products be frozen?

Products can be frozen for up to 3 months as long as it is placed in the freezer prior to the code date on the package. Once thawed, products should be used within 3 days.

I'm concerned about food allergies. Where can I find information about the ingredients in al fresco products?

We have a full list of ingredients on-package, or you can visit our products page for a full list of ingredients.

Do al fresco products contain gluten?

All of al fresco’s products are gluten free.

What does “All Natural” mean?

“All Natural” refers to minimally processed products with no artificial ingredients.

What kind of chicken is used in al fresco’s products?

We use 100% all natural skinless, chicken thigh and breast meat.

How do I cook al fresco products?

We manufacture both Fresh (uncooked) and Fully Cooked products. Please check the package to determine if the product is fully cooked or fresh (uncooked). Cooking Instructions will be located on the back of the package as well as on our products page.
