What you’ll need:
4 al fresco Tastes Just Like Chicken Sausages, sliced
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup dried orzo
2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
¾ cup shaved parmesan
2 cups fresh arugula
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook on both sides for 2 minutes.
- Add the orzo and the broth to the skillet. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until all the liquid is absorbed and orzo is cooked.
- Stir in cheese and arugula.
