Baked Chicken Meatball Cheese DipServings: 10
What you’ll need:
1 package of al fresco Tomato & Basil Chicken Meatballs
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
Crackers or chips for serving
Optional: basil for topping
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, and mayonnaise. Stir in the diced tomatoes.
- Pour into a baking dish and surround the outer edge of the dip with chicken meatballs.
- Bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the oven. Sprinkle the Colby Jack cheese in the center and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Optional: Top with chopped basil before serving with your favorite chips or crackers.
