BBQ Chicken Sausage Pizza

What you’ll need:
2 al fresco Sweet & Smoky BBQ Chicken Sausages, sliced
1 pizza dough, either store-bought or homemade
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 500°F. While oven is preheating, roll out dough on sheet pan or pizza stone to form your crust.
- Top with BBQ sauce, 1 cup of Colby Jack cheese, chicken sausages, red onion, then finish with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Finish by topping with sliced green onions. Cut and serve immediately.
