
Breakfast Chicken Sausage Burrito

Breakfast Chicken Sausage Burrito
Servings: 4What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Taste Just Like Chicken Burrito Sausage, diced
4 large eggs
2 tbsp whole milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup mushroom, thinly sliced
1 tomato, diced
3/4 of a onion
2 large Yukon potatoes, diced and cooked
Halves of an avocado, sliced
Shredded cheddar cheese
Large tortillas
Kosher salt, black ground pepper, garlic powder and paprika, adjust to taste
Directions:
- Heat pan with cooking oil and add diced onion, mushroom, tomatoes and spinach and cook until spinach has wilted and add chicken sausage and cook until golden brown. Removed from pan.
- Bring a small pot to a boil and add salt and diced potatoes. Boil until potatoes are soft. Remove and add to a butter pan. Cook potatoes until crispy and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a large box, whisked together eggs, whole milk and a pinch of salt. Heat a pan with unsalted butter, cook eggs scrambled and removed from pan.
- Now it is time to build your burrito. Take a large tortilla and place scrambled egg on the bottom, following chicken sausage with veggies, sliced avocado and shredded cheddar cheese, roll it up into a building. Heat a pan with cooking oil spray and press burrito down to get a nice crispy shell on each sides. Removed, sliced and enjoy!
