Cabbage & Rice Casserole With Chicken MeatballsServings: 6
What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Tomato & Basil Meatballs
6 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup quick cook rice
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 28 oz jars pasta sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Add rice to the bottom and one can/jar pasta sauce. Top with cabbage, and then diced tomatoes. Finish off with additional can/jar of pasta sauce, and spices, mix well.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F with the dish covered in foil.
- Remove foil, stir well, and add pre-cooked meatballs to the top. Bake for an additional 30 minutes. Enjoy!
