Chicken Burrito Bowls

What you’ll need:

1 package al fresco Mild Mexican Style Chicken Sausage, sliced

1 cup brown rice, cooked

1 cup black beans

1 cup corn

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1 avocado

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons lime juice

fresh cilantro

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
  • Heat chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to the rice. Stir to combine.
  • Place about 1/2 cup of cooked rice into the bottom of each bowl.
  • Top with chicken sausage, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
