Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Penne

Chicken Sausage and Broccoli PenneServings: 4
What you’ll need:
1 16 oz. box of penne pasta
1 cup broccoli florets
1 package of al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage, 1/2" slices
Store bought Alfredo or white wine sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbs. olive oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Sauté the chicken sausage and broccoli for 5 minutes or until the sausage is lightly browned. Add the pasta and sauce and stir to coat.
- Season with parsley and black pepper, remove from heat and serve.
- Optional: top with Parmesan cheese.
