Chicken Sausage Bacon Ranch Salad

Chicken Sausage Bacon Ranch SaladServings: 4
What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Rotisserie Style Chicken Sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 package al fresco Fully Cooked Chicken Bacon
6 cups salad greens
1 cup shredded carrots
6 oz small broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1 cup shredded chedder or Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- Place oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the sausage and brown.
- While sausage is browning, cook bacon according to package directions. Let cool, then crumble.
- Fill a large platter with salad greens, then scatter shredded carrots and broccoli florets over greens. Add shredded greens and tomatoes.
- Add sausage and drizzle with ranch dressing. Top with crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds.
