Chicken Sausage Pasta with Grilled Veggies

What you’ll need:
1.5 packages al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage, sliced
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 large zucchinis, sliced into 1/4 in disks
6 ounces pasta, cooked
2 cups marinara sauce
- Layer skewers with veggies and chicken sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
- Grill each skewer for about 4-5 minutes per side, until veggies are done.
- Add veggies and sausage to a large bowl with pasta. Toss with marinara sauce.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
