Chicken Sausage Pasta with Grilled Veggies

"Chicken sausage pasta with grilled veggies is a quick and easy weeknight meal you can grill at home! Using a few ingredients you likely already have on hand like veggies, pasta and sausage, you can whip up this fresh dinner in under 30 minutes."

Chicken Sausage Pasta with Grilled Veggies

Servings: 6
What you’ll need:

1.5 packages al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage, sliced

1 large bell pepper, chopped

24 mushrooms

2 large zucchinis, sliced into 1/4 in disks

6 ounces pasta, cooked

2 cups marinara sauce

Directions:
  • Layer skewers with veggies and chicken sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  • Grill each skewer for about 4-5 minutes per side, until veggies are done.
  • Add veggies and sausage to a large bowl with pasta. Toss with marinara sauce.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
