Chicken Sausage Pesto Pasta with Artichoke and Tomato

Chicken Sausage Pesto Pasta with Artichoke and TomatoServings: 6
What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Mild Italian Style Chicken Sausage, sliced
3/4 box pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
6 oz marinated artichoke quarters, small jar with liquid
1/4 cup pesto sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, pour oil into a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add sausage and sauté for two minutes. Add tomatoes and sauté for one minute.
- Add marinated artichokes, stir and cook for a minute, then add pesto and Parmesan cheese and stir well.
