What you’ll need:
1 Package al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, 1/2" slices
1 Pound refrigerated pizza dough (keep at room temperature for 15 min)
1 Cup pizza sauce
1 Green bell pepper, sliced in strips
- Preheat oven to 500°F
- On a floured surface stretch dough to fit the pizza pan or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the crust.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese and top with sausage and peppers.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
