
Creamy Mushroom & Chicken Sausage Florentine Pasta

Creamy Mushroom & Chicken Sausage Florentine Pasta
Servings: 6What you’ll need:
2 packages al fresco Pasta Night, Mild Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound bow tie pasta, cooked
1 8 ounce package sliced mushrooms
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup half and half
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 5 ounce package baby spinach
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Heat olive oil and chicken sausage in a large skillet until sausage is lightly browned.
- Remove chicken sausage from skillet. Add mushrooms, salt and garlic. Cook until most of liquid has evaporated, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Pour half and half into the skillet, stir. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add cheeses and stir until a sauce has formed.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken sausage into the skillet and stir until coated.
