Easy State Fair (Chicken) Sausage Sandwiches

What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausages
2-3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
2 sweet onions, sliced
5 hoagie rolls
- Pour about 1-2 Tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and bring to about medium high heat
- Add al fresco sweet Italian style chicken sausages to oil and cook for about 5 minutes until browned, turning every few minutes. Remove sausages and set aside.
- Add sliced peppers and onions to pan, tossing to coat in oil. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until a bit softer but still crisp. Add sausages back in and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add one sausage and handful of peppers to a hoagie roll.
- Serve and Enjoy!
