What you’ll need:
3 links of al fresco Apple Maple breakfast sausage
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
6 slices of challah bread
Maple syrup (to taste)
- Whisk eggs, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon together until well combined.
- Dip sliced bread on both sides into the mixture.
- Place bread on waffle iron and cook.
- Heat sausage in a skillet on medium heat until lightly toasted.
- Top waffles with sliced sausage ad maple syrup
