Gnocchi with Chicken Sausage

What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Pasta Night, Mild Italian Style Chicken Sausage, sliced
1 16 ounce package gnocchi, cooked
1 pint cherry tomatoes
4 cups of chopped broccoli
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons herb paste
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large saute pan. Add sausage, tomatoes, broccoli, salt and pepper.
- Saute for 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
- Add garlic and herb paste, stir to combine.
- Add gnocchi to pan and stir. Serve with additional Parmesan if desired.
