Healthy Chicken Sausage & Gnocchi SkilletServings: 4
What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage, sliced
1 bag cauliflower gnocchi
1 bag sweet Potato gnocchi
bag of spinach
tomato basil pasta sauce
- Drizzle avocado oil in a skillet heated to medium-high. Add cauliflower gnocchi, sweet potato gnocchi, and chicken sausage.
- Saute gnocchi and sausage until tender. Add spinach and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in tomato basil sauce and cook for 1 minutes. Remove from stove.
- Add in handful of sun-dried tomatoes. Season with hemp seeds, pepper flakes and serve!
