What you’ll need:

McGriddles Ingredients

1 package of al fresco Apple Maple Breakfast Chicken Sausage

14 small pancakes

7 eggs

Maple syrup, to taste

Blender Pancakes Ingredients:

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 cup unsweetened nut milk

1 ripe banana

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 scoop collagen

Directions:
  • Pancake Cooking Instructions:
  • Blend the oats until they turn into flour. Add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together.
  • Lightly grease skillet and raise to medium-high heat. Por ¼ cup batter into hot skillet. Flip when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Cook for another minute.
  • McGriddles Cooking Instructions:
  • One at a time, whisk an egg and fry or cook in the microwave. Set aside.
  • Pan-fry the sausage until heated. Slice in half and then half lengthwise.
  • Top a pancake with an egg, 4 sausage pieces, another pancake, and a little maple syrup. Repeat 6 more times with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
