Ingredients
1 package al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced
4 Red or Green Peppers
1 cup cooked white rice
Jar of your favorite marinara sauce
Mozzarella, for topping
Fresh parsley, for topping
Directions:
- 1Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2Turn your stove onto medium high and char peppers slightly on all sides.
- 3Cut off the tops of the peppers and clean out the insides.
- 4In a medium sized sauce pan, heat the marinara. Add in cooked rice and slices of the al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage.
- 5Put your filling inside of the peppers.
- 6Top with mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley.
- 7Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- 8Serve and enjoy!
