"Fried Rice is already so easy to make and always hits the spot, if you have 15 min trust me you'll want to make it! You can add any veggies you like into this fried rice but I will say the star of the show is the al fresco sausage, it has all the flavors and textures you need for fried rice, and don't forget to top it off with an egg! "

Korean Fried Rice

Servings: 4
What you’ll need:

1 package al fresco Taste Just Like Chicken Fried Rice Sausage

3 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup scallions

1/3 cup pea's (frozen)

1/4 cup carrots diced

1 tbsp oil

1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • In a pan, heat up oil on medium high heat, add carrots, peas, and al fresco fried rice sausage and cook for 3 mins. Add in the rice and soy sauce, stir everything together until well combined. Sprinkle in the scallions, stir and enjoy!
