
One Pan Gnocchi, Sausage, and Veggies

One Pan Gnocchi, Sausage, and Veggies
Servings: 4What you’ll need:
1 package of al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 1/2 cups of uncooked gnocchi
1 small head broccoli, chopped into florets (about 3 cups)
2 orange peppers, seeded and chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425oF.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large pan and mix together.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the gnocchi is fully cooked.
