
One Pan Meal Low Carb Hot Dogs

One Pan Meal Low Carb Hot Dogs
Servings: 4What you’ll need:
1 package of al fresco Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 slices turkey bacon
8-10 butterhead lettuce, leaves
Ketchup and mustard to taste
Directions:
- Place the chicken sausage, the peppers, and the turkey bacon on a baking sheet, sprinkle the peppers with salt and pepper.
- Bring to the over or airfryer for 10 minutes at 400F, then air fry or broil for 3 minutes until the sausage looks golden brown. Remove from the oven or air fryer. Once warm, cut bacon in little pieces.
- Assemble the hot dogs staring by placing about 2 butterhead lettuce leaves, then the chicken sausage, followed by the peppers and bacon, finally top with your favorite sauces,
