Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage and Roasted Veggies

Servings: 4
What you’ll need:

1 package of al fresco roasted garlic chicken sausage, sliced

1 package of cubed butternut squash

1 package of precut peppers and red onions

1 package of precut broccoli

1/4 cup of minced & fresh garlic cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tsp olive oil

2 cups brown rice, cooked

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Combine veggies, slice sausage, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and toss to combine
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender
  • Serve veggies and sausage on top of a bowl of brown rice and enjoy!
