Simply Seasoned Ground Chicken Meal Prep

What you’ll need:

1 package al fresco Simply seasoned ground chicken

1 tbsp olive oil

Meal Prep Lettuce Wraps: 1/3 cup bibb lettuce, 1/3 cup shredded carrots, ½ cup cooked brown rice, lime garnish, 1/3 cup red bell peppers

Meal Prep Zoodles: 1/2 cup tomato/marinara sauce, 1 package of precut zoodles

Meal Prep Taco Plate: 1/3 cup black beans, 1/3 cup corn salad, jalapenos (optional), tortilla chips

Meal Prep Burger Salad: 1 cup spring mix/lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onions, pickles

Directions:
  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Sauté al fresco simply seasoned ground chicken for 5 minutes, or until ground chicken is lightly brown.
  • In 4 separate containers with lids, arrange ingredients for each meal (lettuce wraps, zoodles, salad, and taco bowl). Top with cooked chicken. Cover and enjoy throughout the week!
