Stir Fry Udon

"This is an easy one-pan stir fry udon dish using Al Fresco’s Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausages."

Stir Fry Udon

Servings: 2
What you’ll need:

1 package of al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken sausages

2 packs of udon noodles

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 teaspoon cooking oil

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 carrot, chopped

1/2 Red pepper, chopped

1/2 cup of broccoli

3 tablespoon Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cilantro, to garnish

Directions:
  • Defrost and cook udon noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until they are al dente. Drain and set noodles aside
  • Cook garlic in oil until fragrant and then stir fry Al Fresco sausages until they’re browned
  • Add onions, carrots, red bell peppers, and broccoli and stir fry for another 2 minutes
  • Add in udon noodles and pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
  • Add cilantro or green onions for garnish and serve immediately
