Teriyaki Ground Chicken Lettuce WrapsServings: 3
What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Teriyaki Seasoned Ground Chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
8oz can water chestnuts diced (optional)
1 head butter lettuce
2 green onions thinly sliced
1/4 red onion diced
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup precut red peppers
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce, if you like a little sweet heat
- Heat olive oil in large skillet pan over medium-high heat
- Add al fresco Teriyaki seasoned ground chicken and cook until browned or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees; add diced water chestnuts for a little crunch (optional).
- Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, service with carrots, peppers, red onions, green onions, and some sweet chili sauce if you like a little sweet heat and enjoy!
