cooking instructions

stovetop

Pre-heat pan on medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Sauté for about 7 to 9 minutes, turning halfway, untill browned and heated through.

microwave

Microwave on high for 45 seconds until heated through.

oven

Bake at 325ºF for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.

air fryer

Air fry on 375ºF for 5 to 6 minutes until heated through.
