Chicken Sausage TacosServings: 4
What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Jalapeño Chicken Sausage
8 flour tortillas
Optional: Sliced avocado
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Sauté the chicken sausage for 5 minutes or until the sausage is lightly browned. Dice sausage into 1/4" pieces.
- Sprinkle sausage into flour tortilla and top with diced tomato, shredded lettuce and grated cheese.
- Optional: Top with sliced avocado.
