Ingredients
1 package al fresco Jalapeño Chicken Sausage
8 flour tortillas
Diced tomato
Shredded lettuce
Grated cheese
Optional: Sliced avocado
Directions:
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Sauté the chicken sausage for 5 minutes or until the sausage is lightly browned. Dice sausage into 1/4" pieces.
- 2Sprinkle sausage into flour tortilla and top with diced tomato, shredded lettuce and grated cheese.
- 3Optional: Top with sliced avocado.
