One Pan Sausage and Peppers Stir-Fry

One Pan Sausage and Peppers Stir-Fry

What you’ll need:

al fresco’s Fully Cooked Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage (2-3 sausages)

1 bell pepper

1 red onion

Scallions (1 stalk)

1 tbsp Soy sauce

Salt to taste

1 tbsp 1egetable oil

Directions:
  • Wash and thinly slice 1 bell pepper, 1 red onion, and 1 scallion.
  • Slice al fresco’s Fully Cooked Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage into rounds.
  • Heat up 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced sausages and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
  • Heat up 1 tbsp vegetable oil with half of the chopped scallions. Add sliced bell peppers and red onion. Cook until onions are softened.
  • Add cooked sausages back to the pan and toss to combine. Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.
  • Serve with rice or noodles for an easy meal. Enjoy!
