What you’ll need:
1 package al fresco Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 sweet potatoes, chopped
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 large red pepper, chopped
2 cups Brussels sprouts, chopped
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over low heat.
- Add veggies and chicken sausage to skillet. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes.
- Cook until veggies and sweet potatoes are tender and remove from heat.
- To serve, add sausage and veggies to a bowl and top with Ranch.
